Rare 70s vintage Lee bootcut houndstooth bootcut side

Patch is cracked.
There is one fray near the right knee.
Orange ink is partially adhered to the lining.
The rest of the fabric is sturdy and can still be worn.
I think it probably hasn't been worn much.

These are Lee bootcut pants from the 70s.
I think these are very rare pants.
With a "R" and "MR" on the piss name,
There is also a union ticket on the inside of the back pocket, and a white tag on the inside of the waist with the notation 【Lee RIDERS WEST31】.
The zipper uses Talon 42.

I think the size is good, what do you think?
